Thank you for shopping with Divine Essence Candles. Each candle and home fragrance product is carefully handcrafted with love and attention to detail. We appreciate your support and are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated. During holidays, sales, product launches, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended.
Once your order has been prepared and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method.
From time to time, Divine Essence Candles may offer free shipping promotions. Any applicable promotions will be clearly stated on our website.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination. While most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment, delivery times are not guaranteed.
Please note that weather conditions, holidays, carrier delays, and other circumstances beyond our control may impact delivery times.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update within the carrier’s system.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, additional shipping fees may apply if the package is returned and needs to be reshipped. Divine Essence Candles is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Divine Essence Candles is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the carrier.
If your package appears lost, we encourage you to contact the carrier directly using your tracking information. We will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue whenever possible.
Damaged Orders
We carefully package each order to help ensure it arrives safely. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

We will review your claim and work with you to provide a replacement or other appropriate resolution.
Domestic Shipping
At this time, Divine Essence Candles ships within the United States. If international shipping becomes available in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.
