At Divine Essence Candles, each product is handcrafted with care and prayerfully created to bring warmth, comfort, and inspiration into your home. We value every customer and want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
Returns
Due to the nature of our handcrafted candles, room sprays, and home fragrance products, we do not accept returns on used, opened, or tested items.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Unused and in its original condition

In its original packaging

Requested for return within 7 days of delivery
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at divineessence487@gmail.com.

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the refund is due to an error on our part.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not already been processed or shipped. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Divine Essence Candles is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If you experience a delivery issue, we recommend contacting the carrier directly with your tracking information.
